To reserve a vehicle, you’ll need to provide:
Fuel costs and Salik charges are not included in our rates.
No additional fees will apply unless you request extra services, such as a personal driver, urgent exchanges, or specific pickup/drop-off services.
We kindly ask that clients refrain from smoking inside or around our vehicles.
Yes, you can change the return location by contacting our customer service team.
This depends on availability. If the vehicle is reserved for another customer, we may offer you a replacement car. Rates will remain the same for cars in the same category, but will be adjusted if the replacement is in a different category.
If you experience any issues during your rental, contact our Sales Department (+971 58 512 2555). Minor problems will be handled by our operations team, and in case of a serious malfunction, we will send assistance or a replacement vehicle.
In the event of an accident, remain at the scene and contact the police. If the damage is minor, move the vehicle to avoid blocking traffic. Obtain a police report and submit it to Real Viking Car Rental.
